  • Descrizione: The Invention Department's aeronautic technical committee and Edmond Rothé place an electric-oscillation anemometer under an elongated tethered balloon with low cubic volume. The method uses only one conductor wire, the metal cable holding the balloon, thus windspeed can be determined at high altitudes.
